01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk447 ("pk447", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk447.app. By accessing the pk447 website, creating a player account, or placing any wager, bet, or stake on any game or market offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by pk447. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pk447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English-language version shall be considered authoritative and controlling. pk447 targets adult players in Bangladesh and presents all platform content, support communications, and legal documentation in English.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the pk447 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk447 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, access, or use its services under any circumstances.
• You are accessing pk447 voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the pk447 platform or had an account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

pk447 complies with its obligations regarding the prevention of underage gambling. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — confirming their date of birth. pk447 reserves the right to suspend access and withhold funds from any account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed.

Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and any immediate family members of pk447 or its associated companies are not permitted to open player accounts or participate in any game or betting market offered on the platform.

03 Account Registration & Management

To access pk447's full range of betting and gaming services, players must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Single Account Policy: Each individual player is entitled to maintain one (1) active account on pk447. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk447 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk447 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the activity as appropriate.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pk447 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication feature. You must notify pk447 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk447 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

KYC Verification: pk447 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. Players may be required to submit proof of identity (e.g., NID, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account) before withdrawals are processed or when account activity triggers a review. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currently accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options (including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to issuing bank policies. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the current promotion details. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and applies to the first deposit made after registration.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • Bets placed using bonus funds must meet a minimum odds threshold of 1.50 (decimal) for sports and cricket markets to count towards wagering requirements.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus Abuse: pk447 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the following will be treated as abuse: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus credits, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free withdrawal of bonus funds ("bonus hedging"), and colluding with other players to systematically clear wagering requirements. pk447 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and suspend the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on pk447 — including slots, live dealer tables, instant-win games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or the relevant betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction affecting a game session, pk447 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. pk447 is not liable for any perceived loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical interruption beyond its reasonable control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk447 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including false name, date of birth, address, or identity document details.
• Money Laundering: Using pk447 as a channel to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. pk447 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market offered on pk447.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence programmes, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage over the standard player interface.

• Accessing from Restricted Jurisdictions: Knowingly accessing pk447 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions.

pk447 employs risk management systems, manual reviews, and third-party fraud detection tools to identify prohibited conduct. Players who trigger these detection systems may be asked to provide additional documentation or explanation. pk447's decisions in relation to prohibited conduct are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: A player may request the closure of their pk447 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk447 may freeze the account balance pending investigation without prior notice to the player.

Effect of Closure: Upon permanent closure — whether voluntary or imposed by pk447 — the player's access to the platform is revoked. Any legitimate remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any balance subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. If the account was closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, pk447 reserves the right to retain the balance as compensation for damages incurred.

Dispute Resolution: If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute a decision made by pk447 regarding your account, bonuses, game outcomes, or payment transactions, you should contact the support team at [email protected] with full details of your concern. pk447 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. pk447's decision on all disputes is final unless the player can demonstrate a clear factual or procedural error.

Governing Language: All communications, disputes, and legal interpretations relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English. pk447 is an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market, and English is the controlling language of this agreement.
